Originally equipped with shipping docks that conflicted with the planned production flow, the AWB team reimagined the layout to support streamlined operations. The redesigned docks now enable smooth shipping and receiving activity, optimizing efficiency across the facility.
Engineering for Reliability
Because the original building lacked sufficient electrical capacity, AWB designed a robust new electrical system with a backup generator, ensuring production continuity even during power interruptions. Structural reinforcements and new platforms were added to support advanced HVAC and refrigeration units, allowing critical equipment to operate safely and efficiently.

Beyond functionality, the client’s commitment to their employees shaped the spirit of this project. Large break rooms, a wellness space, a media room, and a game room were integrated into the design to encourage relaxation, connection, and well-being.
